Internship: Object Detection in Videos

Description

MERL is searching for a graduate student to work on algorithms for object detection in videos. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in computer vision and machine learning and good programming skills. The intern will be expected to design and implement new algorithms for detecting objects in videos, as well as conduct experiments and prepare results for publication. Familiarity with recent work on object detection as well as experience with a deep learning package is a plus. The expected duration is 3 months starting in summer 2018.
